Canyon Lake Harrelson Memorial Park
Location: Longhorn Drive west of Treasure Island Drive
Indeed an asset to the community, Harrelson Park is one of the community’s most enchanting and beautiful parks, located at the curvature of Catfish Cove on the Main Lake.
Originally dedicated to the memory of Roy Lee Harrelson, a juvenile skiing accident victim, this park boasts professional landscaping that is maintained by the POA. The park includes a towering flagpole topped by a golden eagle, picnic facilities containing seating and tables, dock and wooden steps to the water’s edge.
Developed under the auspices of the Harrelson family and by donations of various Canyon lake clubs and individuals, Harrelson Memorial Park was designed for family enjoyment.
